Breakfast SUP'er Club
Join us every weekday morning at 8am for a guided SUP (stand up paddle) around the lake. We will base our workout on your skills and abilities. Get your exercise in before you start your day. $15 includes board, paddle and life jacket.
SUP'er Yoga with Stephanie Manor
Saturday mornings at 8am, we will work your core and improve your balance as you do yoga on the water on a stand up paddle board. Bring your sense of humor and adventure and come have a blast. $15 includes board, paddle and life jacket. Click here to visit her website.

Join in with weekly sessions of games in kayaks on the water. Playing allows you to really increase your paddling skills without really thinking about it. Expect to get wet, and have a terrific time, Wednesday evenings at 7pm. $20 with full gear provided, $5 with your own gear. Life jackets required.
Safety and rescue practice
Practice rescue techniques with Kat as your own personal crash test dummy! We will explore multiple scenarios and build upon skills each session. Alternate Tuesdays at 7pm. $20 with full gear provided, $5 with your own gear. Expect to get wet. Life jackets required.
Help clean up our rivers as we go out on alternate weeks to remove trash from various sections of our rivers. Times and locations will vary as conditions dictate. Check FaceBook for current plans. $15 if we provide the equipment, no charge if you bring your own boat. Life jackets required.
Free Fishing Weekend
Two days twice a year, families and friends can enjoy one of Michigan's premiere outdoor activities, Michigan Fishing, for FREE! Click here to visit the DNR's free fishing web page. The 2014 Free Fishing Weekend is scheduled for this June 7 and 8. All fishing license fees will be waived for those two days. Residents and out-of-state visitors may enjoy fishing on both inland and Great Lakes' waters for all species of fish. All fishing regulations will still apply. So bring your fishing gear and come on out to Quiet World Sports LLC, rent a kayak or launch your own and enjoy some of the best fishing around on our five lakes and the Grand River! Kids will receive a certificate of participation!
