Mike Toma

Mike has found kayaking to exert a very strong gravitational pull. He is a admitted gear and spec guy and loves scoping out new products for us. Mike's home waters are the Huron River -upstream from Ann Arbor so he's our expert on the best places to paddle out that way. Mike has worked hard to refine his paddling skills and is living proof what taking kayak lessons can lead to if you're not careful. His thoughtful insight has really helped a lot of new paddlers with gear decisions and on how to deal with the other instructors warped sense of humor.
