Instructional Video

Last summer we caught dinner in Salt Lake with world renowned paddler Nigel Foster and his partner Robert Starling. With Chinese food flying all around we hunched over a laptop to check out a new instructional video series they were filming. Either it must have been really good or the sake was hammering me cause I ordered 100 of them right on the spot. The finished versions of Essential Strokes arrived here this week and it's simply the best how to video we've seen.

Very deliberate presentation so you rarely hit the rewind button. Nigel is one of the smoothest paddlers in the world and also one of the most sought after teachers and has had a big influence on us at QWS. This video does a very thourgh job of presenting all the paddle strokes we cover in our Beginner Plus program plus other great material. Even if you've been paddling for many years you'll want this tape and Robert Starling's production is excellent in contrast to most kayaking videos."
